A Typical Preschool Day

 9.00 - Doors open and we welcome all the children to come in, sanitise their hands, put their belongings in the cloakroom and then get busy!

 9.30 - Carpet time where we chat about the day, do phonics, sing songs or read stories

 9.45 - Snack time

 10.15 - Free play, group activities and outdoor play

 11.15 - Carpet time

 11.30 - Lunch time and free play

 13.00 - Carpet time

 13.15 - Free play, group activities and outdoor play

 13.45 - Snack time

 14.15 - Free play, group activities and outdoor play

 15.15 - Home time

Each week we have a topic and the activities for the week are planned around this topic. Examples of our topics are as follows - 

 - All about me and my family

 - Police and firefighters

 - Healthy body, healthy teeth

 - Going on a bear hunt

- Changing seasons, bonfire night and Diwali
